Signing in
Slad opens at getslad.com/app and in the Slad app. Sign in with Google, with Apple, or with the email address and password you set up.
Use the same account you connected when Slad first audited your business. If you run more than one business, Slad will ask which one to open.
Your subscription
Slad is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app. Open your dashboard, scroll to the Account panel, and choose "Delete my account".
Deleting cancels your subscription immediately, disconnects Slad from your Google Business Profile, point of sale, social accounts and phone line, and removes your venue, storefront and queued content. Your sign-in stops working straight away. A backup is kept for 30 days in case it was a mistake, then permanently erased. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
